No. Our trainers are comfortable training clients with limited or no equipment. You can get a great workout with just a few resistance bands, a yoga ball and dumbbells. We recommend that you have this equipment so that you can exercise even when your trainer is not there. If you don’t have any of these items, that’s ok too. Our trainers are quite creative!
If you need to cancel a session with your trainer, please give the trainer 24 hour notice or it will be considered a late cancel and will be deducted from your sessions.
